like yr blog, remember yr posts at the buffalo listserv (where i do some lurking). so anyway, good stuff. appreciate yr saying that poems are processes, that every little bit of it, the writing, revisions, palimpsests are the poems too. never finished, always undone, and therefore always a beginning.

looked for yr email her but didn't see it. please do keep up the blogging. on everything, poems, chess, and yr daily living as a human poet.

take care,

richard

Richard - Thank you. If you read this my email is now

richard.tylr@slingshot.co.nz

I must put it on my Blog.

I haven't done much on here as I - well l seem to have ground to a halt - in poetics doing virtually nothing jsut these last few months especially - (and I don't think I am really that busy as I don't work as such - so no excuse there)-

I seem to do everything EXCEPT write poetry or do my Blog etc - but - fate & my inertia willing or "slough of despond" (I seem rather detached and in a "space" (of indifference? indecision?) wherein I don't seem to care about my own writing very much lately) - given that I emerge from eh slough of despond or indifference -I will start up again -

One factor in all ths is that I am also a very keen chess player and I have got addicted to ahat game again - I actually won $500 by winning a chess tournament last month.

I am not on the ListServ either. But I get the digest and ocassionaly email people.

But this gets to the heart of things:

"appreciate yr saying that poems are processes, that every little bit of it, the writing, revisions, palimpsests are the poems too. never finished, always undone, and therefore always a beginning."

Thanks again.
